Welcome to the Wells Parent Faculty Club website. We are a group of dedicated parents and faculty members who work together to support the Wells Middle School community. Our goal is to provide funding for clubs, activities, and supplies to enhance the learning experience for our students. Our organization is led by a board of eight parent volunteers.

The Wells Middle School Parent Faculty Club strives to provide a wide range of programs that enhance the school community and enrich our children’s educational and social experience, creating a rich learning environment for all. The Wells Middle School Parent Faculty Club is an Internal Revenue 501(c)3 Charitable Organization. Donations to the PFC are tax-deductible. Our Tax ID number is 73-1685697.

PFC financial statements are reviewed at our monthly meetings (all are welcome to attend) and are also posted on this page. These detail our general financial condition and fundraising efforts. Please contact the PFC Treasurer at treasurer@wellspfc.org with any questions.

Need reimbursement for a PFC-approved budget item?

Reimbursement/Check Request Form
​
Complete this form and submit it to the PFC box in the office. This form must be completed in order to request a check or to reimburse expenses made on behalf of the PFC for approved budgeted items. This includes committee expenses and teacher stipend reimbursements.
